Control:52 Curriculum

for Performance Partners

What is the Control:52™ Curriculum? The Control:52™ Curriculum is a neuroscience-based executive development framework that teaches one brain-based capability per week - for 52 weeks. Each capability, called a Cognitive Control Function (CCF), represents a trainable skill - not a personality trait, not a mindset hack, not a fuzzy intention. These are the micro-mechanisms of elite cognitive performance: How we focus. How we switch. How we act. How we recover. This curriculum is designed to build the mental infrastructure leaders need to thrive in complexity, pressure, and ambiguity - without burning out or backing down. Each CCF is mapped to a Brain Activation Mode (BAM) using our 5Brains™ framework. That means every week not only trains a new function - it also strengthens the brain system that enables it. It’s not linear content. It’s an operating upgrade.
Control isn’t a trait. It’s a trainable skill. And we’re here to train it - together.
